True. Over sleep and sanity I really think 5am crew practice is better, until exams roll around that is.

Love this life! Love this morning practice
1. When presented with dessert, only eat half the portion.
2. Reach for fresh fruits instead of cookies.
3. Do not stuff myself beyond contentment.
4. Go out for a run! It'll be great.
5. Zip up those dresses and jeans that I've grown out of in the span of 9 months in college.
6. Water, water, water!
